Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows: trips are fully refundable, less a 25% of total trip price cancellation fee, if canceled more than 60 days before departure, subject to the refund policies of each hotel, airline, operator and other vendors.

50% of total trip price refundable if canceled 30–60 days before departure, subject to the refund policies of each hotel, airline, operator and other vendors.

No refund less than 30 days before departure.

Changes made to the itinerary after departure must be paid to Across Tuscany America, LLC and are non-refundable.

Please note that some vendors have onerous cancellation policies with substantial penalties for changes where funds paid are non-refundable.

Across Tuscany America, LLC strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation insurance.

Please note deposits and fees are nonrefundable.
